The tune is earworm material

and for some people its worth looking at the lyrics.

Gym Classe Heroes: Stereo Hearts

"Stereo Hearts"

[Adam Levine:]
My heart's a stereo
It beats for you, so listen close
Hear my thoughts in every no-o-o-te
Make me your radio
And turn me up when you feel low
This melody was meant for you
Just sing along to my stereo

[Travie McCoy:]
Gym Class Heroes baby!
If I was just another dusty record on the shelf
Would you blow me off and play me like everybody else?
If I asked you to scratch my back, could you manage that?
Like yea [scratched], check it Travie, I can handle that
Furthermore, I apologize for any skipping tracks
It's just the last girl that played me left a couple cracks
I used to, used to, used to, now I'm over that
'Cause holding grudges over love is ancient artifacts

If I could only find a note to make you understand
I'd sing it softly in your ear and grab you by the hand
Just keep it stuck inside your head, like your favorite tune
And know my heart's a stereo that only plays for you

[Chorus:]
My heart's a stereo
It beats for you, so listen close
Hear my thoughts in every no-o-o-te
Make me your radio
And turn me up when you feel low
This melody was meant for you
Just sing along to my stereo

Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh to my stereo
Oh oh oh oh to sing along to my stereo

[Travie McCoy:]
Let's go!
If I was an old-school fifty pound boombox (remember them?)
Would you hold me on your shoulder wherever you walk
Would you turn my volume up in front of the cops (turn it up)
And crank it higher everytime they told you to stop
And all I ask is that you don't get mad at me
When you have to purchase mad D batteries
Appreciate every mixtape your friends make
You never know we come and go like on the interstate

I think I finally found a note to make you understand
If you can hit it, sing along and take me by the hand
Just keep me stuck inside your head, like your favorite tune
You know my heart's a stereo that only plays for you

[Chorus:]
My heart's a stereo
It beats for you, so listen close
Hear my thoughts in every no-o-o-te
Make me your radio
Turn me up when you feel low
This melody was meant for you
Just sing along to my stereo

Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh to my stereo
Oh oh oh oh to sing along to my stereo

[Bridge:]
I only pray you'll never leave me behind (never leave me)
Because good music can be so hard to find (so hard to find)
I take your hand and hold it closer to mine
Thought love was dead, but now you're changing my mind

[Chorus:]
My heart's a stereo
It beats for you, so listen close
Hear my thoughts in every no-o-o-te
Make me your radio
Turn me up when you feel low
This melody was meant for you
Just sing along to my stereo

Oh oh oh oh, oh oh oh oh to my stereo
Oh oh oh oh (Gym Class Heroes baby!) to sing along to my stereo

the long and winding road...

... leads eventually back to my own road. Slowly but surely......
Nothing big happening, just like that.

The small things eventually, slowly but surely, lead me where I must be.

How much time do I spend NOT listening, NOT watching, NOT doing what I must do?

How much energy do I waste in doing so? And yet it is no waste, the windy bit of the road.

Whenevery I get a glimpse of the big picture and I wish I could see it all, I never really could. Too limited in Mind and Brain capacity, too strong the images for the soul.

You just get what you can take in. And maybe that tiny bit more which drives you up the wall but eventually, slowly but surely, gets you to the point of acceptance. however, have to hit the road and see my healer.

After 55 slightly...

....weird seconds this song is producing a real nice sound. What does it remind me of? Something 1970s, but cant put my finger on it. Not Neill Young or does it sound like him????

Jonathan Wilson: Desert Raven

You judge for yourself:

Neil Young Down By The River

Well, its either Wilson playing like Young but twice as fast, or Young is a bit slow.... ;o)

Not nessarily my sound....

... but the lyrics are ok. And a friend of mine who is going through a nasy separation gets always to his happy place when he listen to the song. So there it goes, Nobby.... :o)

David Guetta feat. Sia - Titanium

You shout it out, but I can't hear a word you say
I'm talking loud, not saying much
I'm criticized, but all your bullets ricochet
You shoot me down, but I get up

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away

You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium
You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium, I am titanium

Cut me down, but it's you who had further to fall
Ghost town, haunted love, Raise your voice
Sticks and stones may break my bones
I'm talking loud, not saying much

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away

You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium
You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium, I am titanium

Stone-hard, machine guns, firing at the ones who run
Stone-hard, those bulletproof guns

You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium
You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium

You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium
You shoot me down
But I won't fall, I am titanium, I am titanium

How am I?

Hmmmm.... good question. On the good side of life, still a bit out of focus and drifting along.....

Andy McKee - Drifting

No, actually that is wrong. I am good! :o) But that is always the case after a guest lecture for the Archaeology Society in College and afterwards a sort of reception in the River Inn.... :o)
